Our two-storey designs are made for simple liveability. The Longhouse keeps the kitchen and living areas downstairs and includes a patio, allowing for better entertaining with easy incorporation of your outdoor space. The two bedrooms, one with balcony, are separated on the upper floor, allowing for privacy and comfort.
Once ordered, your build can be transported on the width of a standard trailer and assembled in only a few days. Intelligent design maintains a stable temperature that is cool in summer and pleasantly warm in winter. Our patented solar-thermal technology means that these spaces can supply their own reliable, sustainably-sourced energy, operating completely free of the grid and reducing or eliminating the burden on your home energy bills.

Our building components are made in a South Australian factory and assembled under the supervision of our experienced team of engineers and manufacturers. The modules are transportable by forklift, tractor, or a standard-width trailer, and are clamped securely together on a prepared site in a matter of days—compared to the six to twelve months required to complete traditional onsite building techniques. Rural and remote areas, sloping sites, and residential areas with small access points are all very feasible locations for these modular builds.
