Our Balcony models take advantage of our modular construction methods to add a little slice of luxury to your Tiny Home. Take in the view from a better vantage point and enjoy the outdoors just a few steps away from the comfort of indoors.
Balcony 38
The Balcony38 is our largest Balcony Tiny Home on Wheels, sleeping up to 4. It has a fully-enclosed deck and large, flexible living area, as well as more room for cooking and dining together.
Downstairs:

- Room for freestanding storage
- Provision for cooker, fridge, microwave and coffee machine
- Porcelain sink with mixing tap
Upstairs:
- Main bedroom (sleeps 2)

Frame length: The Balcony38 uses our largest frame length, measuring 2.4m by 6m. Suitable for a dual-axle trailer, what you do with the space is up to you!All our models are built with top-quality insulated wall panels for thermal efficiency, keeping you cool in summer and warm in the winter, with a smooth metal finish for sleek durability.
